Ingredients for Making Easy Chicken Kebabs

  • 1 Kg  Minced Chicken
  • Finely Chopped Onion 200 Grams
  • Finely Chopped Red Capsicum 60 Grams
  • Parsley 3 grams
  • Garlic 30 Grams
  • Bread Crumbs 30 grams
  • Salt to Test
  • 1 Table Spoon Paprika
  • 1 tbs Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbs Cumin powder
  • 1 tbs Black Pepper

 


Making Kebabs-How to Make Kababs at home

Take 1 kg chicken mince in a bowl, 200 grams finely chopped onion, 60 grams finely chopped red capsicum, finely chopped green coriander, 30 grams bread crumbs, salt as per taste, 1 tablespoon parika, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, Add 1 tbsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp meat masala, 1 tsp garam masala powder and mix all well, take some water in a bowl and dip your hand in water, make a kebab shape with wet hand. It will be easy, put them in the tray and keep it in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.

 

After 2-3 hours, fry the kebabs on medium heat till golden brown.

 

How to Make Sauce for Kebabs

Put the pan in the gas, add 2 tsp vegetable oil, add 100 grams finely chopped onions, 100 grams capsicum, 15 grams garlic paste, 200 grams tomatoes (boil tomatoes for 2 minutes and peel them off). Mix all the ingredients according to taste and cook for 5-8 minutes, put a cup of water in low flame, let it cook for 15 minutes, turn off the gas and add 1/4 cup of vinegar.
